FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between embroidered and PVC patches?

Embroidered patches use thread for a classic textured look, while PVC patches are made from soft rubber for a bold, 3D finish that holds up well outdoors.

What's the minimum order quantity for custom patches?

Each patch type has a 50-piece minimum. If you need different types in the same order, that minimum applies to each type separately.

Do you offer backing options like Velcro or iron-on?

Yes — we offer several backing options including iron-on, Velcro, sew-on, and adhesive, depending on the patch type.

What's the smallest size patch you can make?

We can produce small patches down to about 1.5 inch, though the best size depends on how detailed your design is.

Do you make patches for uniforms or workwear?

Yes — many of our patches are made for company uniforms, team gear, and workwear, built to hold up with regular use.

Not sure which patch type fits?

Tell us about your project and we'll recommend the right material and backing.
